Membership Options & Annual Dues
OBRA offers membership options for restaurants of different sizes as well as businesses and organizations that support the local restaurant industry.
Full-Service Restaurant Membership
For full-service restaurants.
$250 per year
Small Restaurant & Takeout Membership
For non-full-service restaurants, takeout businesses, and smaller establishments with fewer than 25 seats.
$100 per year
Associate Membership
For businesses and individuals interested in supporting OBRA and helping the Association achieve its goals.
$200 per year
OBRA memberships run September through September. Online payment processing fees may apply.
OBRA Member Meetings
OBRA meets monthly, typically on the first Wednesday of the month from September through May. We know summers are busy for our restaurant community, so regular meetings pause during the peak summer season.
Meetings are hosted at a different member restaurant each month and provide an opportunity to connect with other members, share ideas, and stay informed about what’s happening across the local restaurant industry.
Members discuss upcoming events, marketing opportunities, membership initiatives, community issues, and pending state and local legislation that may affect the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Supporting the Outer Banks Hospitality Community
OBRA’s work extends beyond marketing and events. Through community partnerships and philanthropic initiatives, the Association and its members work together to support the people who make the Outer Banks hospitality industry possible.
OBRA’s partnership with the Community Care Clinic of Dare helps connect uninsured workers with access to affordable healthcare and community resources.
